Hi It is getting to the end of the year and where we need to think about what remits to put forward for the following up and coming year.
What events your wish to go for in the 2013 season.
At the end of the this month September, I will be sending out the normal remitt forms and event application form.
You need to read the latest rules, ensuring quoting the correct rule and number, to make it easier to understand what rule your club is talking about.
Any remitts that are submitted that do not match current version of the rule book will not be submitted. I will not ask I will just delete so be warned.
Things to think about: 1 Who to vote in for 2013 Execetive committee 2 What Remitts to put forward (If any) 3 What National Events
Two Months to talk with your club and forward anything back to me by end of November 2012.
At this point I will corrolate all the infomation and send it back out to the clubs. This is where you need to talk with your clubs and have your vote on each ready to go at the AGM.
Please do not hesitate in contact me.
This is just an early warning what is coming, Delay in getting response from your REPs emails may cause your club not be in the mix at the AGM.
