Breaking news on stockcar scrutineering this complys to all clubs
With all the stockars around the country that do not comply to the current rules the standard is about to be set for everyone. I am currently having a Scrutineering block made which will have all the measurements in the block, for the height of bumpers 20mm minimum to 40mm maximum,a 3mm cut out in it for that rule of anything above or below the front and rear bumpers,60mm cut out for front bumper to side rail clearence and front hoop height as a minimum,75mm between front hoop uprights,100mm measurement for wheel guards, this is intended to have a general tidy up of cars at club and national level so each club will be on the same playing feild as i see it {1 scrutineering block for each club rep and therefore every club member can race or travel knowing that there car complys to the NZRCS SPEEDWAY RULE as at the current rules to date ,i will have the prototype block with me at the North Island Stockcar Champs on saturday ,{there was suppose to have been a scrutineering guage made but to date nothing has been acheived so took it on my own to do something as there has been quite a laps in some scrutineering at different clubs} cheers stockcar rep goat
any queries please let me know

Hi That is a good idea keep to the rules. One thing I like to know is it might be a bit silly, You how in Real speedway before the National Titles the cars get weigh on a little bridge. I know all cars have to be in that 4.1 weight range, maybe build one of those bridges where you put your car on and it will tell you that if your car is correct weight.Or you could drive you car on to the weight bridge.
